WHO WE ARE
Our Story
The mission of the Greater Oconee Disc Golf Club (GODGC) is to foster, promote and improve the sport and community of disc golf in Oconee County, SC.
We wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for the original GODG Team. Our history plays a big part of our ability to have this club. See below for attributes to the one's who came before us:
GODG History
2003
City of Seneca Recreation Department installed 18-hole Disc Golf Course - called "Shaver OG"
2010
Chattooga Belle Farm
Course Installed
2011
Walhalla Recreation Department designed and installed Sertoma Disc Golf Course
2019
R.W. Abel and the City of Seneca worked tirelessly to build & open the Championship Course!
2021
Chau Ram County Park finalizes Chauga Rapids
